Pete Yoo - Managing Partner
Mr. Yoo co-founded InnoVal Consulting Group in 1999 after serving in senior consulting and management positions at Mitchell Madison Group, a spin off by McKinsey & Company partners, Corporate Decisions, Inc. (CDI) and Aeris Consulting Group. Mr. Yoo has served leading companies in industries ranging from IT, steel, consumer goods, energy, internet community and international distribution to investments, electronics, leisure facilities and financial services. Mr. Yoo holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Eric le Breton - Partner
Mr. le Breton joined InnoVal in 2000 after 15-years of developing, implementing and financing innovative growth strategies in the IT sector. Prior to InnoVal, Mr. le Breton was the Managing Partner of M&A Partners, a cross-Atlantic IT mergers & acquisitions company, Managing Director of France for Baan Business Systems, a provider of ERP, SCM, CRM and eBusiness systems, and Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Managing Director of Asia Pacific for GSI, a leading European IT consultancy.

Paolo Legramandi - Principal
Mr. Legramandi is a seasoned consultant who has developed and implemented growth strategies in industries ranging from entertainment, transportation, food, courier, transportation equipment, construction and utilities. Prior to InnoVal, Mr. Legramandi was an Engagement Manager with Value Partners Management Consulting, which he joined after receiving his MBA from INSEAD.
