InnoVal recruits accomplished strategists who have demonstrated innovative thought leadership in formulation and implementation.

Candidates should have at least 10 years of combined experience at top-tier strategy consultancies, strategic planning and/or internal strategy consulting units of global Fortune 500 companies.

They should have a demonstrable record of innovative thought leadership in formulation and either participation in or oversight of innovative growth strategy implementation.

Candidates should have minimum a graduate degree from a world class institution, possess excellent presentation and writing skills, be independent, entrepreneurial yet team-spirited, truly dedicated to creating value for clients and at ease advising C-level executives of large corporations.
